On Saturday dozens of Selby Striders turned out at Pontefract parkrun, and beyond, to support Ben Smith of The 401 Challenge as he ran his 341st Marathon. To find out the many ways to support Ben, or to join him for some or all of one of his marathons, visit his website.
Entries are now open for the 2016 Wistow 10K which will be run on Sunday 30th October at 11.00 am. 300 places are available, with prizes / trophies for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd men / women, and goodie bag for all finishers.
