The East Yorkshire Cross Country league is run every winter with teams entering from clubs in East Yorkshire: Scarborough AC, Beverley AC, Goole Viking Striders, City of Hull AC, Pocklington Runners, Selby Striders, Bridlington Road Runners. Teams are made up of 6 men and 3 women.
All races are 11am start.
A buffet is provided at the Ship Inn Sewerby after the final race when the prize presentations take place.
