Nowadays, there are options to train with Selby Striders on almost every day of the week.
(In the ‘old’ days we only offered a Tuesday and Thursday option!)

In a typical week this includes:

– early morning Monday run from Brayton Green (set off at 6.30am)
Tuesday evening run about 10k from Selby Rugby Club (set off at 6.30pm)
– early morning Wednesday run from Brayton Green (set off at 6.30am)
Thursday evening run about 7k from Selby Rugby Club (set off at 6.30pm)
– early morning Friday run from Brayton Green (set off at 6.30am)
– lunchtime Friday run from Brayton canal bridge (set off at noon)
Sunday long(ish) rush

For the Tuesday and Thursday evening runs, Winter runs are in and around Selby, whilst in summer we head out into the countryside and along the canal.
